Appointments
All services are provided by appointment only. A confirmed booking is required to reserve your time.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service. Any remaining balance is due at the time of your visit.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit
No-shows will result in loss of deposit
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, as appointment times are reserved especially for you.
Health & Skin Disclosure
For your safety, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or recent cosmetic procedures prior to your service. This helps us customize treatments and avoid adverse reactions.
Results & Reactions
Every skin type is unique. While we strive for the best results, outcomes may vary. Temporary redness or sensitivity can occur and is normal with some treatments.
